Kristy Kowal represented the United States at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, winning the silver medal in the 200-meter breaststroke. She has won so many awards and honors, and her athletic performance is so amazing. But, Kristy’s journey was not an easy one. It took an incredible amount of perseverance and heart to accomplish her goals, and I’m honored to have her on the podcast to share her story!
