Tim Kaufman has such an inspiring story. Tim was on a downward spiral with his health. He weighed about 400 lbs, loaded up on medications just to get through the day, and the pain was unbearable. Tim slowly started to make positive changes with his health and the results have been incredible. He lost 200 lbs, thrives on a plant-based diet, runs marathons, and is changing the lives of so many others as well.
