This week’s blog post is Part 1 of a Goal Setting Challenge! This is a challenge that has the potential to change your life. I challenge you to take an hour for yourself this week. Sit outside, or wherever you feel most relaxed. Have a pen and notepad ready to go (and no, not your iPhone notes, but an actual notebook). I want you to write down everything that you want to accomplish in life (short-term and long-term), in no particular order, but a list of random thoughts on actions that excite you, or goals that you would love to achieve. It doesn’t matter how crazy it sounds, or whether or not the things you are writing seem impossible. Just keep listing them, and write until you can’t anymore.
I want you to start with this simple task. Part 2 of this blog post (coming later in the week) will give you steps on what to do with the list you create. Add items throughout the week as you think of ideas that excite you. Creating an intentional life that truly makes you happy starts with reflection, and I promise this activity will get the process rolling.
